LEADERSHIP COACHING COHORTS

Leadership Coaching Cohorts are small-group programs for managers, directors, and founders who want to lead with balance, integrity, and joy—not burnout. Over 3-6 months, you'll unlearn burnout-centered norms and step into liberatory, sustainable leadership alongside peers.

Group Reflection. Peer Accountability. Real Leadership Transformation.

A Leadership Coaching Cohort is a container where leaders from different sectors gather to reflect together, learn together, and hold each other accountable to the leadership they actually want to practice.

We combine group sessions with 1:1 coaching, practical tools, and peer solidarity to help you step into leadership that is sustainable for you AND generative for your team.
 

Cohorts Include: 

  • Monthly Group Sessions - Deep reflection and peer learning (3-6 months)

  • 1:1 Coaching - Individual support tailored to your leadership challenges

  • Practical Tools - Frameworks for capacity-centered leadership, sustainable rhythms, emotional ecology

  • Solidarity & Accountability - A small group of leaders who get what you're carrying

  • Access to OFC Community - Ongoing connection to the broader healing justice movement

This cohort is designed for people who carry responsibility for others and are ready to rethink what that looks like.

Managers and directors who want to lead differently — not just more efficiently, but more humanely. Who are done running on fumes and asking their teams to do the same.

Nonprofit and mission-driven leaders who came to this work because they believed in something, and need space to reconnect to what that was before the institution wore it down.

Founders and organizational leaders who built something meaningful and are now navigating the weight of sustaining it, without losing themselves in the process.

Anyone in leadership who is tired of a burnout-centered culture and ready to model something different, starting with themselves.

We begin with a conversation to understand where you are in your leadership journey and whether this cohort is the right fit for you right now.

APPLY & COMMIT

Complete a short application so we can learn more about you and ensure the cohort is the right container for your goals. Cohort sizes are intentionally small.

ARRIVE & BEGIN

Step into a space designed specifically for leaders ready to do things differently. Your cohort begins with an opening session to set the tone for the journey.
