Leadership Coaching Cohorts are small-group programs for managers, directors, and founders who want to lead with balance, integrity, and joy—not burnout. Over 3-6 months, you'll unlearn burnout-centered norms and step into liberatory, sustainable leadership alongside peers.

A Leadership Coaching Cohort is a container where leaders from different sectors gather to reflect together, learn together, and hold each other accountable to the leadership they actually want to practice.

We combine group sessions with 1:1 coaching, practical tools, and peer solidarity to help you step into leadership that is sustainable for you AND generative for your team.
